On Christmas day we pulled into the Dry Tortugas National Park. Welcomed by a flock of snooty terns, we maneuvered to Garden Key anchorage.

It was Thanksgiving Day 2016. All of a sudden the RPMs shot up and the alternator alarm went off on the starboard engine.

We had dolphins lead us into the calm anchorage! Anchoring in time for a picturesque sunset, it was a relaxing night after a crazy afternoon

Kuma Too clears the drawbridge, the headsail comes out, the motors turn off. All we hear is background island music and wind in the rigging.

Duval Street is lined with street vendors filling the air with enticing aromas and body paint artists display work on beautiful young women.

Around 10pm, the wind continued to increase to 20 knots, and Kuma raced through Florida Bay.
